Clearline integrations are configured across settings pages rather than one separate catalog. Start with the communication and scheduling connections your team needs.

Setup order

Connect personal email and calendar

Each teammate can go to Settings → Connected channels and connect Google or Microsoft. This syncs mail and calendar context for that user.

Add workspace email domains

Admins can go to Settings → Channels and add custom email domains for shared inboxes, outbound senders, and appointment notification email.

Add phone numbers

Admins can go to Settings → Channels and add phone numbers for SMS, voice, appointment reminders, and personal inboxes.

Map imported CRM data

Use Settings → Data model and Contacts → Import to align CRM exports with Clearline fields.
