Outbound campaigns help your team reach contacts with multi-step sequences. A campaign starts with a goal, selected outreach methods, and sequence length. Clearline generates a draft sequence that you review before enrolling recipients.

Campaign building blocks

Object	Description
Campaign	The outbound workspace for a goal, such as lease renewals or service reminders.
Sequence	Ordered steps such as send email, wait, send SMS, call, or end.
Sender	The email domain/address or phone number used for a send step.
Recipient	A contact enrolled in the campaign.
Trigger	The starting rule or signal that starts the sequence.
