Add a contact to an outbound
You can add a contact from the contact detail page:- Open a contact.
- Find the Outbounds section.
- Click Add to outbound.
- Search for the outbound campaign.
- Add the contact.
Recipient status
Recipients can be active, paused, completed, or in another campaign-specific state. Use the status column to understand whether Clearline is still working the sequence for that contact.Conversation link
When a recipient has a conversation, open it from the outbound recipient table. The conversation shows the messages, calls, assignment, contacts, and team activity tied to that recipient.Before enrolling recipients
- Confirm compliance settings are configured.
- Confirm the sequence has no setup warnings.
- Confirm senders are configured.
- Confirm each recipient has the contact fields required by the selected channels.
