Each appointment type has a booking link. Share this link with customers or use it in agent workflows when the customer should book themselves.
  1. Go to Settings → Appointment types.
  2. Open the appointment type.
  3. Find the booking link section.
  4. Copy the URL.
The URL uses your booking domain, workspace slug, and appointment type slug.

Preview the booking experience

Use the booking preview to test the customer flow before sharing the link. The preview lets you verify:
  • Title and description
  • Available dates and times
  • Local timezone display
  • Enabled booking questions
  • Confirmation screen
The preview does not create a real booking. Use booking links in:
  • Email signatures
  • SMS replies
  • Website buttons
  • Agent follow-up messages
  • Outbound campaign steps
Test every appointment type after changing availability, advisors, notification channels, or booking questions.
