Contacts are the customer record in Clearline. A contact can have email, phone number, custom properties, conversations, opportunities, appointments, tasks, AI summaries, and activity history.

The contact page includes:

Send messages from a contact

If your workspace has configured inbox channels, you can send email or SMS from the contact page. Email requires an inbox with email configured. SMS requires an inbox with SMS configured and a contact phone number.
