Tasks track follow-up work for your team. A task can be assigned to a workspace user and linked to a contact or opportunity.

Task list

The task table shows:
  • Task
  • Status
  • Assignee
  • Due date
  • Linked contact
  • Created date
  • Custom fields from the data model
Use filters and saved views to manage active work.

Create a task

  1. Go to Tasks.
  2. Click New task.
  3. Enter a title and details.
  4. Assign the task when needed.
  5. Set a due date when needed.
  6. Link a contact or opportunity when relevant.

Complete a task

Open the task and update its status to completed when the work is done.
