The Clearline web chat widget lets website visitors start conversations that route into a shared inbox. Your team and the AI agent can respond from the same conversation thread used for SMS, email, and calls.

Where web chat is configured

  1. Go to Settings → Inboxes.
  2. Open a shared inbox.
  3. Go to Channels.
  4. Turn on Chat widget.
Personal inboxes do not expose web chat settings.
