No slots are available
Check:- The appointment type has at least one active advisor.
- The weekly schedule has enabled days and time windows.
- The appointment duration fits inside the available windows.
- Buffers do not consume the full window.
- Minimum notice is not pushing availability too far out.
- Maximum advance days is not too short.
- Time-slot interval is not hiding expected times.
- The workspace timezone is correct.
Wrong timezone
Workspace timezone is configured in Settings → Workspace → Regional & formatting. Appointment type availability uses the workspace timezone.Reminder calls or SMS are unavailable
Check:- A phone number is reserved for appointment reminders.
- The appointment type notification tab has that phone number selected.
- The notification type is enabled.
Email notifications are unavailable
Check:- A verified email domain is selected.
- A from address is set.
- The notification email toggle is enabled.
