If customers cannot find expected appointment times, review the appointment type from the top down.

No slots are available

Check:
  • The appointment type has at least one active advisor.
  • The weekly schedule has enabled days and time windows.
  • The appointment duration fits inside the available windows.
  • Buffers do not consume the full window.
  • Minimum notice is not pushing availability too far out.
  • Maximum advance days is not too short.
  • Time-slot interval is not hiding expected times.
  • The workspace timezone is correct.

Wrong timezone

Workspace timezone is configured in Settings → Workspace → Regional & formatting. Appointment type availability uses the workspace timezone.

Reminder calls or SMS are unavailable

Check:
  • A phone number is reserved for appointment reminders.
  • The appointment type notification tab has that phone number selected.
  • The notification type is enabled.

Email notifications are unavailable

Check:
  • A verified email domain is selected.
  • A from address is set.
  • The notification email toggle is enabled.
