Appointments let customers book time with your team. Configure appointment types in settings, then share booking links or let the agent book appointments during conversations.

Appointment configuration

Booking flow

  1. Customer opens a booking link.
  2. Customer chooses a date and time.
  3. Customer answers enabled booking questions.
  4. Clearline creates the appointment.
  5. Notification settings determine which confirmations and reminders are sent.
