Use this page when a setup option is missing, disabled, or not behaving as expected.

I cannot see administration settings

Administration settings such as Workspace and Members are shown only to workspace owners and admins. Ask a workspace admin to:
  • Change your role to Admin, or
  • Make the configuration change for you.

I cannot add a channel to an inbox

Check:
  • The phone number or email domain exists in Settings → Channels.
  • The email domain is Verified.
  • The phone number is not already used by another inbox or outbound sender.
  • You are editing a shared inbox, not a personal inbox.

Autopilot is unavailable

Personal inboxes cannot use autopilot. For shared inboxes, confirm you have permission to edit the inbox and that the inbox is not archived.

Appointment email toggles are disabled

Appointment email notifications require:
  • A verified email domain.
  • A from-address local part.
Open the appointment type, go to Notifications, and configure both fields.

Web chat does not show on my website

Check:
  • The widget is enabled on the inbox.
  • The embed snippet is installed.
  • Website restrictions include the current domain.
  • The page is not blocking the widget loader script.
