Views and filters appear across contacts, opportunities, tasks, schedules, and other operational lists.
Filter records
Use filters to narrow records by built-in fields or custom data model fields. Examples:
- Contacts with a specific owner.
- Opportunities in a selected pipeline.
- Tasks due before today.
- Appointments for one appointment type.
- Conversations assigned to a specific inbox member.
Choose visible fields
Use display options to show the columns that matter to the workflow. Custom fields from Settings → Data model can appear as columns when they apply to that object type.
Save practical views
Recommended views:
