Views and filters appear across contacts, opportunities, tasks, schedules, and other operational lists.

Filter records

Use filters to narrow records by built-in fields or custom data model fields. Examples:
  • Contacts with a specific owner.
  • Opportunities in a selected pipeline.
  • Tasks due before today.
  • Appointments for one appointment type.
  • Conversations assigned to a specific inbox member.

Choose visible fields

Use display options to show the columns that matter to the workflow. Custom fields from Settings → Data model can appear as columns when they apply to that object type.
