Clearline settings are split into account settings, feature configuration, and workspace administration. Most teams configure workspace and feature settings first, then let individual users configure their account preferences.

Account

  • Profile: name, email, personal inbox entry point, home view, theme, and personal formatting.
  • Notifications: in-app and email notification preferences.
  • Connected channels: Google or Microsoft email/calendar accounts and personal phone number assignment.
  • Security & access: active sessions.

Features

  • Data model: custom fields for contacts, opportunities, tasks, schedules, booking forms, and chat forms.
  • Opportunity stages: pipeline and stage configuration.
  • Appointment types: bookable services and scheduling policy.
  • Inboxes: shared queues, channels, routing, agent behavior, and web chat.
  • Channels: phone numbers and email domains.
  • Compliance: suppression list and contact-frequency limits.
  • Knowledge base: facts the agent can use.
  • Agent skills: reusable agent behavior instructions.
  • Import history: contact import progress and results.

Administration

  • Workspace: workspace identity, regional settings, business hours, and default agent settings.
  • Members: team membership and roles.
