Add a number
- Go to Settings → Channels.
- Click Add phone number.
- Choose United States or Canada.
- Optionally enter an area code.
- Select a number.
- Click Add number.
Assign a number
After a number is added, use it in one of these places:| Use | Where to configure |

| Personal inbox phone number | Settings → Connected channels |
| Outbound SMS or calls | Outbound sequence sender setup |
| Appointment reminders | Settings → Appointment types → Notifications |
Avoid conflicts
A phone number already used by an inbox or outbound sender may not be available in another setup flow. Review the In use badge and tooltip in Settings → Channels before reassigning numbers.Screenshot placeholder: add the available-number picker and phone-number list.
