Admins add phone numbers from Settings → Channels. Numbers can support SMS, voice, or both.

Add a number

  1. Go to Settings → Channels.
  2. Click Add phone number.
  3. Choose United States or Canada.
  4. Optionally enter an area code.
  5. Select a number.
  6. Click Add number.

Assign a number

After a number is added, use it in one of these places:

Avoid conflicts

A phone number already used by an inbox or outbound sender may not be available in another setup flow. Review the In use badge and tooltip in Settings → Channels before reassigning numbers.
