Each teammate can connect their own Google or Microsoft account from Settings → Connected channels. Connected accounts sync mail and calendar context for that user.

Connect Google

  1. Go to Settings → Connected channels.
  2. In the Google section, click Connect Google.
  3. Continue through the authorization flow.
  4. Return to Clearline and confirm the account shows Connected.

Connect Microsoft

  1. Go to Settings → Connected channels.
  2. In the Microsoft section, click Connect Outlook.
  3. Continue through the authorization flow.
  4. Return to Clearline and confirm the account shows Connected.

Sync settings

Open Manage account to configure:
  • Contact creation behavior
  • Whether personal email domains are blocked
  • How far back to backsync
  • Email visibility
  • Domains and email addresses Clearline should not track

Account statuses

StatusMeaning
ConnectedSync is active.
ErrorThe account needs attention.
ExpiredReconnect to resume syncing.
If an account is expired or in error, reconnect it before relying on calendar availability or email sync for that user.
