Use Settings → Compliance before launching outbound campaigns or agent-driven follow-up. Compliance settings help prevent messages to blocked contacts and contacts who have already received too many messages.

Block list

The block list stores email addresses and phone numbers that should not receive outreach. To block a contact method:
  1. Go to Settings → Compliance.
  2. Click Block.
  3. Choose Email or Phone.
  4. Enter the email address or phone number.
  5. Save the block.
Blocked contacts can be unblocked from the same table.

Contact limits

Global contact limits skip contacts who have already received too many messages.

Configure contact limits before enrolling recipients in outbound campaigns. This prevents accidental over-contacting across campaigns and inbox workflows.
