Brand colorChat button and visitor message color.
ThemeMatch visitor device, always light, or always dark.
Button positionWhere the launcher appears on the page.
TaglineSmall line under the header. Leave blank to hide.

Greeting messages

Greeting messages are shown when visitors first open the chat. Add one or more short messages that set expectations. Examples:
  • Welcome! How can we help?
  • Have a question about service or sales? Send us a message.
  • We usually reply in a few minutes.

Pop-up messages

Pop-up messages invite visitors to start a chat. Each rule can include:
  • Message text
  • Page path or blank for all pages
  • Delay in seconds
Use pop-ups sparingly. A page-specific message usually performs better than one generic message across the whole site.
