Workspace roles
| Role | Access |

| Owner | Full workspace ownership. The owner can manage all settings and members. |
| Admin | Can manage workspace settings, members, channels, feature configuration, and shared resources. |
| Member | Can use the app, work assigned conversations, appointments, contacts, opportunities, and tasks based on configured membership. |
Inbox roles
Shared inboxes have their own member list.| Inbox role | Use this for |

| Owner | The inbox creator or system owner. |
| Admin | People who should manage inbox settings, channels, members, routing, and agent behavior. |
| Member | People who should receive assignments and respond to conversations. |
Access patterns
Workspace administrator
Assign Admin at the workspace level. Add them to shared inboxes only if they also work conversations.
Sales or service rep
Assign Member at the workspace level. Add them as a member of the relevant inboxes and appointment types.
Appointment advisor
Assign Member, then add them as an advisor on the appointment types they can be booked for.
Conversation manager
Assign Member, then add them as an inbox admin when they need to control routing or inbox configuration.
