# Quickstart

> Connect email, calendar, phone, and CRM systems to Clearline.

Clearline integrations are configured across settings pages rather than one separate catalog. Start with the communication and scheduling connections your team needs.

## Setup order

  <Step title="Connect personal email and calendar">
    Each teammate can go to **Settings → Connected channels** and connect Google or Microsoft. This syncs mail and calendar context for that user.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add workspace email domains">
    Admins can go to **Settings → Channels** and add custom email domains for shared inboxes, outbound senders, and appointment notification email.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add phone numbers">
    Admins can go to **Settings → Channels** and add phone numbers for SMS, voice, appointment reminders, and personal inboxes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map imported CRM data">
    Use **Settings → Data model** and **Contacts → Import** to align CRM exports with Clearline fields.
  </Step>
