# Opportunities

> Track pipeline work with custom stages, fields, filters, and board or table views.

Opportunities represent pipeline work linked to customers. Use them for sales opportunities, service opportunities, or any workflow that moves through stages.

## Configure stages

Go to **Settings → Opportunity stages** to manage pipelines and stages.

You can:

* Create pipelines.
* Rename pipelines.
* Delete pipelines.
* Add stages.
* Edit stage name, icon, and color.
* Archive or unarchive stages.
* Group stages as **In progress** or **Done**.

## Work opportunities

The opportunities page supports table and board views. Use filters and display options to focus the list.

Opportunity detail pages show:

* Summary
* Inline stage/pipeline fields
* Custom properties
* Linked tasks
* Activity timeline
